We’re Paige and Beth, and we became friends long before starting this incredible venture. Having been teachers and coworkers for many years, becoming business partners seemed like a natural progression. We love helping others solve problems by coming up with unique solutions. That passion drove us to create a company to help other business owners recruit and hire the right talent for their teams.
So, enter We Recruit Well. It’s easy to find candidates, but it’s challenging to find the one who is just as passionate about your vision as you are. You want a capable and qualified team member as well as a committed and enthusiastic one. We have worked countless hours for a large remote staffing agency and know what works and what doesn’t. In our process, we weed out people who lack drive and passion and only send you talented candidates who want to ensure you reach your goals. It would be a pleasure to have you join us on our journey.
Get to know Beth and Paige, owners of We Recruit Well
Beth Moffatt is the co-founder of We Recruit Well. Using her background in managing workplace relationships, she works directly with each client to discover the needs of their business then helps develop the right tools to find the best candidates. Beth is certified in the DISC system of Behavior Analysis and enjoys the coaching aspect of working with both clients and candidates. Beth holds a Bachelor of Music Education and taught piano and voice for many years. She could sing to you while accompanying herself on the piano - but don’t hold her to that! Beth and David, her husband of more than 30 years, live in Marietta, GA, near their two daughters, one son-in-law, a super-smart grandson, and an adorable granddaughter. Paige Risley is the co-founder of We Recruit Well. With over 10 years of experience in the remote and hybrid staffing industry, she oversees all aspects of client onboarding and operations. Paige is a certified Enneagram Coach, which she utilizes to facilitate workplace communication and collaboration. Paige holds a BA in Elementary Education and an MA in Education and Curriculum. Encouraging healthy communication has been a passion, especially while raising two boys and being knee-deep in all things sports. She’s won the family fantasy football regular season twice and is willing to offer tips on drafting a winning team. Paige and her husband of over 30 years live on Lake Oconee, GA, and love to spend time with family. They have two sons, a daughter-in-law, an adventurous grandson, and a beautiful new granddaughter.
