Our goals are to find the best and brightest talent for your organization and develop a positive work culture for you and your team.

2. What makes We Recruit Well different from other talent agencies?

Most recruiting firms handle only full-time employees. Only a few also help companies find remote, hybrid, and/or part-time workers. We fill that gap with our knowledge, expertise, and years of experience in the virtual workplace by conducting a search specifically for your position. We offer guidance, communication tips, and workplace personality assessments - all for an upfront fee. We do not continue to charge you monthly as we are not a subscription service company.

We have experience hiring in various industries in a wide range of roles. 5. How long will it take to find the right candidate?

Finding the right candidate for your business is a search built specifically around your needs and team. Therefore, we can never give an exact timeline, especially in this job market. However, the typical process from start to finish takes anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on your hiring needs.

6. How does We Recruit Well help me and my new hire get off on the right foot?

We don’t leave you to figure out how to work with someone, especially in the remote or hybrid workspace. We will give you tried and true best practices, especially around delegating and prioritizing, so your new work relationship gets off on the right foot. We follow up in the first few months and continue to coach until you and your new hire feel confident.
